Here, you have the opportunity to learn how we create our products from the inside out. In this section you will find the main information about the materials and techniques we use, as well as the features of the product. We invite you to read more.
OUR MATERIALS
We love nature, that’s why we care so much that our products reflect it.
We have spent a lot of time to ensure that the materials we use are completely natural, environmentally friendly and without artificial additives.
As for decorative pillows, we create them from the following materials:
- 100% IRISH LINEN FABRIC IN THE HIGHEST QUALITY
Pure Irish linen is synonymous of the highest quality among linen fabrics. It is woven exclusively in Ireland, using more than 200 years of experience.
The linen fabric we use is 100% linen without any admixtures, characterized by a beautiful, dense weave, is homogeneous and wonderfully dyed. Its grammage is more than 500g/m2, so it is thick and solid, but at the same time soft to the touch.
The Irish linen we use is certified to ISO 14001, and 100% Green Energy.
- RAW COTTON FABRIC, NOT PROCESSED
The raw cotton fabric is of high quality and certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
- 100% NATURAL LATEX WITHOUT SYNTHETIC ADDITIVES
The all-natural latex that serves as the pillow’s filling comes from a leading German manufacturer with 30 years of experience in the industry.

TECHNICAL ASPECTS
DIGITAL IMAGE
We create a digital image, process it and finally vectorize it. Since it will be the central attraction of the front of the decorative pillow, we make sure that the image will be unique and eye-catching. We do not copy the designs of other pillows, we create our own art.
DMS (DRY MICRO STEAM)
Before we work with our fabrics, we steam them with dry steam (DMS). Thanks to this procedure, the fabric becomes hygienically clean, any production residues or microorganisms are removed. The process is repeated at least twice.
MACHINE EMBROIDERY
The next step is embroidery. On an earlier cut piece of linen fabric we make computer embroidery of a digital image, converted from vector form to a format supported by the embroidery machine. We use only the highest quality embroidery components, basically only from the Madeira company.
SEWING
The last part is to sew all the elements together. In addition to the outer pillowcase, we also create the insert from raw cotton fabric, filled with natural latex. We understand that on the quality of execution of this stage of production depends how long the pillow will enjoy the future owner, we invest a lot of attention to it.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Because we have developed a special template for our pillows, thanks to which the outer pillowcase, as well as the inner one, is cut from the fabric, and sewn together in an unusual way, creating a unique, unrepeatable whole.
For this reason it is difficult to give the exact dimensions of the pillow, however, its circumference is about 100cm.
And the weight is approximately 2,3 kg
creation time
The manufacturing time of the product is up to 8 weeks. We try to make everything as fast as possible, however, we do not want it to affect the quality of workmanship in any aspect. Another thing is that some of the elements we use to create our products are handmade.
