It’s nice to see you here. Let us describe our business. We are a design studio with a workshop focusing on designing and creating unique decorative pillows. Our goal was to use only eco-friendly materials.

All the elements of our products we create entirely ourselves, using high quality natural materials.

We have been developing our products for a long time, constantly improving them in various aspects. We are convinced that it was worth the extra time and effort to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality even down to the smallest details..

ORDERING PROCESS

Each transaction is carried out individually with the customer through e-mail contact. Thanks to this, the customer can compose a product according to his own taste and wishes.

Since we do not have any stock, we create our products only after each individual order and payment to our bank account. The customer is informed about the production process at every stage. Before the product is shipped, the customer will receive a photo of the shipment to avoid any doubts in case of damage to the shipment during transportation.

SHIPPING

We ship our products worldwide, with some exceptions. If you are not sure if we also ship to your country, please contact us.

We use the services of courier companies, especially DHL.

Shipping prices are determined individually with each customer personally. They vary depending on the country or area, and include additional shipping insurance to the value of the purchased product. We do not send shipments without insurance.

We are not responsible for costs related to customs and border charges. All costs of these charges are borne by the Buyer.
